Alcohol Tips for St Patrick’s Day

Many people think of March 17 (St. Patrick’s Day) as a day for celebrating the Irish. That means corned beef, cabbage, and of course lots of drinking! But it’s important to be aware of your alcohol consumption during this occasion.
Sometimes the festive times, the parades, the hats, the shamrocks can lead even the most strong willed to put down a few more green beers than they otherwise might do on an ordinary day. Sometimes there’s nothing really wrong with this but it can definitely get out of hand. Being aware of your alcohol drinking habits is something that you should do regardless of whether it’s a special drinking oriented holiday or just an ordinary holiday.
Lots of people who overindulge every year during this festive time might be well served by taking an alcohol class to get in touch with the consequences of excessive drinking and partying.
