Before purchasing a pair of underarm pads, remember a few key points. For starters, remember that the material that the pad is made of plays a big part in keeping you dry from sweat. The more cheaper the pad is, the better chance that the pad will not keep your armpits dry of sweat but instead leave you feeling soggy. The drawback of having the armpit pads attached to the clothing is that your wardrobe can become limited because you will always have wear clothes that have the sweat pads in them. One of the best reasons to purchase separate pads is that you can clean them easier and also use them for other types of clothing and not have to worry about having a huge wardrobe. The only main drawback is if the pads adhesive is not great, then their is the possibility of it falling out.
